Projects

Redesign: Healthcare Diagnosis & Education App

The goal was to redesign the app to make it more intuitive and functional, with a focus on users with limited digital skills, ensuring accessibility and a seamless experience for health workers and patients.

  • User Research
  • High-fidelity Prototype
  • Usability Testing

Simplifying a Complex Data Export Workflow

The goal was to simplify a complex data export workflow for professional school photographers, making the process easier to understand, review, and complete with confidence.

Zero to Launch: Designing a Delivery App Experience

The goal was to create a seamless delivery experience from the ground up. I led the full product design process, from user flows and initial wireframes to the final UI, and I also created a scalable design system to support future growth.

My approach

A human-centered process based on Design Thinking, run in short agile cycles with developers involved from the start.

  1. Understand

I start with the people who will use the product, through interviews, usability tests of what exists today and data on where they struggle.

  2. Define

With stakeholders, I turn insights into a clear problem statement and agree early on what success looks like, for users and for the business.

  3. Design and test

I sketch, wireframe and prototype, involving developers early to keep ideas feasible, and validate with users before anything is built.

  4. Measure

After launch, I combine metrics such as task completion, conversion and errors with qualitative feedback, and keep iterating.
